The relationship between organizational learning and innovation: An educational and research hospital example

The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational learning and innovation which is very important for health institutions. A survey was carried out on health workers of a training and Research Hospital within the scope of the research. The questionnaire consists of a scale of organizational learning and innovation. 420 health workers were found in the survey. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with the statistical package program. The relationship between organizational learning and innovation in data analysis was tested by correlation and regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between organizational learning and innovation. It has been concluded that organizational learning in health workers is a variable that affects innovation. It was concluded that continuous learning and sharing systems have a positive determinant effect on innovation, and that continuous learning and sharing systems have a positive determinant effect on innovation as a variable at the rate of high disclosure. It has been concluded that innovation practices are not affected by continuous learning, but are positively affected by sharing systems. It has been concluded that the trend towards innovation is not affected by continuous learning, that it is positively affected by sharing systems, and that it has strong relations with sharing systems. It has been determined that value focus is ethically positive from continuous learning and sharing systems. It has been concluded that market focus is not affected by continuous learning, that it is positively influenced by sharing systems, and that it is strong relations with sharing systems.
