Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was determined as the effect of proprioception exercises on vertical jump, speed, agility and balance parameters as a result of the application on professional female football players. Our research group consists of 22 female football players playing active football at Fatih Vatan Sports Club in Istanbul. Footballers were divided into two groups as proprioception (n = 11) and force (n = 11) with neutral and random assignment. To the participants, in order to evaluate their physical and conditional performances, body weight, height length, static balance, Illinois agility, 30 m speed and vertical jump tests were applied as a pre -test, while the force training program was applied to the force group for 8 weeks for 8 weeks, and the proprioPtion group to the proprioPtion group In addition to the force training program, proprioception training program was implemented. At the end of the working period, the final tests were repeated. The data obtained at the end of the study were evaluated using the SPSS 25.0 package program. Parametric and nonparametric distribution of the pre-test-post-test measurement scores, distribution curves and distortion-script (Skewness-Kurtosis) values were examined. According to the results, two-way repetitive measurement analysis was used to determine the effect of training groups during the time (front and post-test) effect of training groups. When the results were examined, it was found that the group applying proprioceptions exercises made a significant difference in the front and post -test values of the group of vertical jump, speed, agility and balance parameters (p <0.05). No significance was found in all parameters in the comparison between the groups (p> 0.05). The training program applied is said to have a developer effect on the propriocepttion group. As a result, it can be said that proprioception exercises have a positive effect. Accordingly, as a result of being included in the training programs, it is seen that it will create benefits for performance development on our athletes.
