Abstract (EN)
Purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of exhaustion and depression of medical staff upon their life quality. Addition to this, this study aims to test if sociodemographic datas affect life quality or not. For research, Beck Depression Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory, World Health Organisation Life Quality Inventory Short Form and demographic information form was used. In the result of analyses, according to demographic informations differences were found in depression, burnout and life quality points. Also in the result of the regression analysis made to find life quality explanatories, it was found that depression, exhaustion and some demographic informations explain life quality. All analyzes were tabulated and explanations were made. All the results that were found were mentioned in method and findings part.
