Abstract (EN)

International financial markets witnessed an important transition period since the 1970s. The globalization of the international financial market, free movement of capital, technological advances and increased competitive conditions has started financial instability which is a new process and the company has faced with financial risk concept. Today, the increasing demand for health services was caused to the creation of a competitive environment to provide quality health services between the enterprises of health, especially in the private sector, which are among the organizations with the most complex structure located. For the good quality of health services needed advanced technological equipment and expertise. Because of these reasons financial analysis of hospitals is vital to ensure their survival and can provide better service in a competitive environment. Increased competition conditions can lead to exterminator effect on the institutions which are the risk-benefit balance is not well established and financial risk management can not be done correctly and efficiently. Therefore, institutions' 'sustainable growth' target to achieve to determine the financial risks effectively, measure and manage is extremely important. In this study, an application made to measure to financial risk cases and the applications related to financial risk management in health institutions.
