Abstract (EN)
Abu al-Muzaffar Shams al-Din Yusuf ibn Kizoghlu (d. 654/1256), who is famous as "Sibt Ibn al-Jawzi" because of being the grandson of Ibn al-Jawzi (d. 597/1201) from his daughter's side, is the Hanafi scholar lived in VII/XIIIth century. Among his books, Isar al-insaf fi asar al-hilaf has a particular importance. In this book, he has collected the jurisprudential hadiths, compared these hadiths with the ones, which are used by other three Sunni practical madhabs as an evidence and touched upon why the Hanafi's did not practice according to them. This book just not only gain importance because of manifesting the issue that according to which hadiths Hanafi scholars have practiced but also because it emphasizes on Hanafi scholar's comportments toward these hadiths. In addition, it also gives clues about how the principles of Hanafi's methodology of hadith should be understood.
