Abstract (EN)

This study is penned about the examination and transfer of the exegesis text called: "Serh-i Kasaid-i Mevlana Sevket which was written by an Ottoman poet, scholar personality Mehmed Murad Naksibendi, for the odes of a Turkish poet Sevket-i Buhari who lived in IVII. century in Iran" to Latin Letter with transcription. Sevket-i Buhari had a great importance for us thanks to his impact on the Divan poets of the Ottoman period as well as being one of the Sabk-i Hindi Trend in Iran. The existence of his manuscripts and interpretations of his Divan in many libraries in Turkey and the existence of exegesis written for his divan and odes is the indicator that he calls interest by the Divan poets. The exegesis text subjecting to our study is composed of the three odes of Sevket-i Buhari written by Mehmed Murad Naksıbendi. Mehmed Murad Naksıbendi is a scholar personality who has conducted studies in different fields as well as being poet. He gives important information about hadith, fiqh, kalam, interpretation, rhetoric etc. in his exegesis study. Information is given about exegesis culture in our study and information is also given about the life and literal personality of our poet Sevket-i Buhari and Mehmed Murad Nakşıbendi in addition to these. The letter transfer with transcription has been conducted for the exegesis text called "Serh-i Kasa'id-i Mevlana Sevket" subjecting to our study and the systematical exegesis dictionary that we have prepared as a result of scanning has been composed. Our purpose in this study is to know the poem understanding of Sevket-i Buhari and the classical exegesis culture and to contribute to our classical exegesis culture.
