The impact of contract, trust and uncertainty avoidance tendencies on company performance and innovation development

In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of contract complexity, trust and uncertainty avoidance tendencies on the performance of companies. For this purpose, the effects of innovation on company performance were also examined. In addition to the i how companies in our country approach their trust relations with their partners, rules and regulations, the tendency of companies to avoid uncertainties in contracts has also been investigated. There are 151 participants in the study and the data of the study were collected by questionnaire method. Demographic information form in the questionnaire used for the research; trust, contract, and uncertainty avoidance scales. With this study, it has been investigated how companies in our country approach which concepts. It has been determined that the concept of trust has a great impact on contracts.
