Abstract (EN)

Being one of the most important problems, exhaustion syndrome is a concept that is related to collegue interaction and this interaction's getting worse by the working conditions. Organizations are defined as social organs that are designed for a purpose and structured premeditated, in relation with other organizations. Organizations are created from the idea that individuals can not fulfill their own needs for themselves. Thus, stemming from theidea that individuals can not fulfill their own needs, organizations are main instruments that define society's machinery. Burnout syndrome affects the individual or the organization. At the same time, individual and organizational changes and developments formation of the burnout syndrome, affects the process, and also determines.
