Turkey and the United Kingdom comparative analysis of local government system

The main issue of this study, which contrasts to Turkey and England local management systems, are differences between democracy and cultures of these tow countries history and socio-technological evolutions of the different developed empires local management systems. The aim of the research is to analyze the local management system of the two countries from various, angles and to reveal the differences. The fundamental rights, and freedom guranteed by the various and national/international of legal arrangements or contracts, they are all under the umbrella of a common authority which they have created with the least sacrifice of their freedom and freedoms. These authoritarian expectations of these people, called the state, are the ability to get the best public service they need from their freedom and freedoms as a result of this sacrifice. Public administrations are structured for this reason. In this sense, the structuring of the puclic administrations and the structure are very important. For this reason, in the study, it is aimed to determine the current status of the two governments in terms of their local administrations; analyzing the differences in varios issues such as legislation, structure, democracy and autonomy, and it is both important and aim of working. A comparative analysis was carried out based on technical comparison method in the study and the types, structures, functions and democratic traditions of the local government units related to the two countries in the light of the basic concept / theories related to local governments. The analysis shows that there are differences in the systems and responsibilities left for local autonomous than in Turkey.
