Abstract (EN)
Hate crimes are a growing trend around the world. Certain characteristics such as hate crimes, perpetrator's victim race, religion are exhibited. These hate crimes are a major threat to public peace and security. In order to prevent this threat, many states have regulated hate crime in their criminal laws. The aim of this study is to make a legal comparison between developed and developing countries. By examining the laws, social lives and political lives of the countries, case analyzes and comparisons between countries were tried to reach a conclusion.
