Online shopping unlocks new options and perspectives for clienteles. The variety of goods and facilities provided by available retailers at various price points creates this an impressive market spot. Some consumers have readily transitioned to buying online while some have nervous feelings about different anxieties and threats. These reflections serve as a prevention factor to shopping online. The research 's key goal is to investigate the effect of risk and fear on purchase decisions from online shoppers. The study looked at 700 respondents from five selected universities in Iraq's Kurdistan Region. The primary data where collected by means of a questionnaire which evaluated 634 valid answers. Statistics program SPSS 22 has been used including pace, Pearson Correlation and ANOVA test. The secondary data were collected from scientific journals, textbooks and websites. The result shows a significant link between risk and anxiety and the intention of student online shopper. The study is very vital for persons who to understand the role and importance consumers' behaviour especially the anxiety and risk when shopping online. So, they can adopt risk reduction strategies and do not waste their efforts, time and money on non-relevant strategies.
