Abstract (EN)

Voters, political preference when determining Clients, either directly or indirectly are affected by several factors. One factor is the media influenced voters.For individuals to determine the impact of the media as the most research has revealed that the individuals in the formation of opinions, attitudes and preferences in determining the shape under the influence of the media.Affecting individuals in all areas of the media's influence in shaping political preferences is also possible to see.In this context, the political activities of local media, the political preferences of voters in order to determine the effect of "March 29 local elections" has been taken as case studies. This study, which has deep and strong history of Elazig local media, electoral politics and its impact on the city, local media published what changes in the attitudes of voters reveal that was intended to be measured.For this purpose, Elazig 401 voters in the center of the survey done by the local media's analysis of political activity in the local electoral process were made. Obtained from the survey data were analyzed by SPSS program. The main findings of this study reach the most important, in Elazig in the process of local elections, local media in shaping voters' political preferences have an impact is that, even if limited.These research findings of the local media, especially in the selection process will be applied publication policy, local politics, the actors in the local media for will make the media planning and in local elections, voter behavior related to the scientific studies provide important contributions has been thought.
