Abstract (EN)
The goal of this research is the analyzing of individuals' professional satiety and the level of their depression whose incomes are under of minimum wage or over of minimum wage. The research has verified appropriately by selection of incidental sample division on one hundred forty two people. Private information form,Beck Depression inventory, the professional satiety scale has been used in this study. Datas which were obtained from study analayzed by using of SPSS for Windows 21.0. Getting salary under of the minimum wage, working more than forty five hours, not using of week leave or using of one day off and not using of annual leave are important causings of high level of depression and lower professional satiety within the findings of studies that have been searched. Conclusions of study about depression, professional satiety, minimum wage, duration of working and day off were discussed within the luminary of previous findings and in a way to lead for other studies and implementations.
