The legality of medical intervention for in the Criminal Law

The subject of our thesis of Legality in Criminal Law is within the scope of medical intervention. The main theme of the thesis, in the context of criminal law, which conditions are necessary for a lawful intervention? These questions were explained on the basis of issues. In the first part of medical intervention ; concept, historical development, its relations with other branches of law are examined. Medical intervention in the legal systems of different opinions on why not punished by taking medical intervention patients and physicians of the parties rights and obligations of the parties with the concepts are explained.
