Abstract (EN)

Ourstudy is an observational-cross-sectional study aiming to examine muscle strength, range of motion, kinesiophobia, depression and quality of life in individuals who have had Covid-19. A total of 71 individuals participated in the study. Voluntary consent form was first signed by the individuals participating in thestudy. Individuals were evaluated once. Sociodemographic data form for individuals, goniometric measurement to measure joint range of motion, manualmuscle test to measure muscle strength, Beck Depression Questionnaire for depression levels, Tampa Kinesiophobia Questionnaire for kinesiophobia levels, International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQ) for physical activity states, life SF-36 was used for the quality of life, and the Impact of Covid on Quality of Life Scale was used for the effect of Covid on quality of life. The kinesiophobia of the individuals is above the moderate level (29.96 ± 10.372), the depression levels are minimal (9.99 ± 8.530), the individuals are in the inactive category, there are limitations in the range of motion of the joints. The measured manual muscle for cesare with in normal values. When the quality of life was evaluated, whilethequality of life was not affected according to SF-36, thequality of life was moderately affected according to the Covid's Effect on Quality of Life Scale. A significant correlation was found between left lower extremity distal manual muscle strength and kinesiophobia (r=-.31, p=.009) (p<0.005). A significant relationship was found between kinesiophobia and general health, depression, and quality of life (r=-.58, p<.001; r=.381, p=.001; r=.49, p<.001). A significant relationship was found between general health and depression (r=-.58, p<.001), and quality of life (r=.381, p=.001). Finally, a significant relationship was found between depression and quality of life (r=.49, p<.001). Keywords: Covid-19, Covid-19 range of motion and musclestrength, Covid-19 and kinesiophobia, depression, quality of life.
