Public beliefs of Diyarbakir and its villages

İn this study, there had been evolvations on publich beliefs which were related torain, animal, water, fire and visiting places of birth, marriage, death and natural happinings through passing terms in Diyarbakır and araund.Some informations were tried to be explauned by the written sources of the first parts of passingterms and the second parts of natural happenings and then the public beliefs and practising by the verbal sources. İn evolvation parts, old Turkish religon was tried to be rovided by public belief and practising based on all these knowledgements.At the end of this seaching, we met the tracks, of Turkish culture belief within people up to now from the past which were all in Diyarbakır and around.Key Words: Diyarbakır, Anatolia, Publich Beliefs, Culture, Related Torain, Natural, Cult
