The approach of Abul Beka el Kefevi for the concepts maani and beyan in the el Kulliyyat

In this study the book of Ebul Beka al-Kefevi who lived in Ottoman Empire in the 17. Century is examined in terms of the concepts Meani and Beyan. For this reason, his life, his scientific character and his book al Kulliyyat is mentioned in this study and generally the concepts of mean and beyan from al Kulliyyat. How Ebul Beka al Kefevi interpreted the concepts of beyan and mean in al Kulliyyat is examined, The Ayah, Hadith and poems that he used to give an example for the concepts are mentioned and if there are difference in the author's approach to the classical boks books sometimes enriched by using examples used in other source books and then presented. Furthermore, although Ebu'l Beka's al Kulliyyat is not a private written book in the field of beyan and mean, it is presented that in short statements he narrated a big amount of the concepts which belongs to beyan and mean.
