Theological views of Feqiyê Teyran

In this thesis, Feqîyê Teyran, one of the important actors of Kurdish literature and culture, is discussed in terms of kalam. It is known that since the science of kalam represents the belief aspect of Islam, every Islamic thinker, regardless of her field, has had various comments and ideas about it. As a matter of fact, in the divan of Feqîyê Teyran, who is a sufi, certain belief issues such as divine attributes, destiny, human actions, and prophecy, which are the main topics of the science of kalam, are mentioned. In the study, the subjects of the science of kalam in Feqiyê Teyran's di. Our study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction part, the subject, purpose, importance, method and sources of the thesis are emphasized. In the first part of our thesis, Feqîyê Teyran's life, scientific personality, works, the content of the works, the language and scientific studies on his works are discussed. In the second part of the thesis, existence, which is one of the common topics of philosophy, kalam and sufism divinity, prophecy and sem'iyyat, which are the three main topics of kalam, are discussed. Under the main headings of divinity, prophecy and sem'iyyat, which are Usûl-i selâse, other theological issues related or related to each of them are explained as sub-headings. Before moving on toFeqîyê Teyran's thoughts on related issues, the approaches of the schools of kalam to the issues are mentioned. Subsequently, Feqîyê Teyran's thoughts on each topic were derived from his poems. Finally, Feqî's view was compared with the views of kalam schools and a conclusion was reached. Van were determined and the approach of a mystic to the subjects was investigated.
