Abstract (EN)
IV SUMMARY This studay was performed in order to develop a hydrometallurjic method to industrially recover valuable elements available in flourit ores provided from Elazığ-Keban- Karamağaradere area. The ores provided were ground untill -100 mesh. Trough the analysis of the results Mo,Cu5Pb,Zn and F were found 1.08%, 0.05%, 1.20%, 1.12% and 12%, respectively. The crude samples were flotated on the basis of depresant, activator, pulp density and pH condition. Flotation process was applied to the desulphurization sample, but since the results obtained were not at the desired level sulphurization process was used. A series of experimente were conducted by flotation proces to indentify pH condition and optimum sulphurization. At the end of these expriments yield and cancentration rates were found to be at the highest level. At the optimum point, flotation yields of Mo,Pb, Cu, and Zn were determined as 100%, 95.5%, 95 % and 95.8%, respectively. At the optimum point, 12% of flouride passed in to the concentration. In the flotation process, to enhance yield of collected Cu and Zn in concentrate phase, and to increace the activator (CuSCm ) depresent (NaSiC"3 ) effects were studied. In the result of flotation procces with determined optimum activator and depresant condition without altering other conditions Mo, Pb, Cu and Zn were determined to be collected 97.3%, 93%, 98% and 95.2%, respectively, in the concentrated phase; on the other hand, 94% of flouride was found to be depressed. At the defined optimum point, all of the samples were exposed to flotation and then selective flotation of concentrate obtained was performed. The aim of selective flotation is to depress Pb and Zn and to flotate Mo and Cu. The results of analyses showed that Mo, Cu, Pb and Zn was flotated at a rate of 98%, 94%, 12.6% and 22.5%, respectively. Various parameters were studied in order to Take Mo, Cu and Zn into the solution from concentrate obtained as a result of selective flotation, and to keep Pb in residue. First, the sample was exposed to roasting procces at various tempertures and durations. Then, the samle roasted was reacted with 15 m H2SO4 at 225 °C in autoclave. At the end of the experiments carried out, it was concluded that the roasting of concentrate at 650°C for five hours was appropriate. Upon the process of the roasted sample with 15 M H2SO4 50 g/17,5 mL H2SO4 mixture at 225 °C in autoclave, desired results were achieved. Later, through the treatment of the sample obtained with water, it was determined that, of Mo, Cu and Zn in the sample, 97.7%, 99% and 100%IV passed into the solution, respectivley, and that Pb remained in solid phase as PbS04. It was concluded that these results were optimum conditions. Furthermore, for removal of Mo from solution, the extraction procedure was utilized. It was determined that almost the entire of Mo passed into organic phase by double extraction. The removal of Mo from organic phase was conducted by the solution (NR^S (pH=9.2). Mo remaining in solution was precipited as M0S3 by treating it with (NH^S. After the removal of Mo from organic phase, organic phase was washed with 0,1 M CUSO4 and 0.1 m H2SO4, and was used again in extraction. By use of organic phase in extraction, it was concluded that any significant change did not occur. In the analysis of flourit remaining in residue by collective flotation, it was found to involve F and CaF2 at the rates of !4.4% and 29.6 %, respectivley. A second flotation of this sample was performed end the sample was taken into concentrate phase. In order to obtain an optimum in this stage, we studied on parameters such as collector, pH, activator and depressent. At the end of the experiments carried out, it was seen that high concentrates were obtained when pH=7,5. The concentrates obtained when pH=7,5 by use of Na2SiÜ3 and Na Oleat were floated by using depressant (Na2SiC>3) again and the desired values were achieved.
