The interpretation of the Al-Majlis al-Sinaniyyah by Sheikh Hassan bin Ahmed, who is famous as Ummi Sinan Zadeh (1088 AH), is one of the well-known interpretations in the eleventh century AH. the author of Al-Majlis explained selected verses from Surat Al-Fatihah to Surat Al-Zukhruf in more than (170) sessions. This thesis was limited by the study of surahs (Al-Imran, An-Nisa', Al-Ma'idah, Al-An'am, Al-A'raf, Al-Anfal, Yunus, Hood) from session (31) to session (60) of this book. The importance of the manuscript comes from the author's unique method, as he mixed between the books of interpretation, hadith, language, and behavior in explaining the meanings of the verses, and the distinguished linguistic method that he followed in explaining strange vocabulary and the meanings. His explanation was full of advice and sermons, at every session. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when reviewing the author's life and scientific biography and the methodology of investigation and commentary in the investigated book. The most important conclusion of this study that The author quoted a lot from the interpretation of Abi Al-Saud, and the book Al-Qawl Al-Badi' by Imam Al-Sakhawi. The general character of his book was to provide sermons and instructions. The book can be considered closer to the books of Sufi interpretation, and each session was concluded with a sermon and advice to the reader. The author did not care to verify the authenticity of the hadiths he mentioned, but rather he narrated weak or abandoned hadiths because they fit the context in the session. His interpretation also included poetic verses by Imam Jalal al-Din al-Rumi at the end of each session he mentioned.
