Metropolitan municipality assembly in consideration of legal regulations Mardin example

Mankind continued its improvement by implementing several governamee patterns, from the first village organizations to the present governments management organizations change according to historical, cultural, social and economic conditions' of the society. Governments in Turkey and several countries of the world share the missions to serve the people by organizing. The relationship between centralized and local administrations is provided with authorisation. Local administrations meeting the needs of the people, are foundations legal.
