Al-Burdah poem by Al-Busiri (d. 696 AH) is considered one of the most famous and greatest poems in praise of the Prophet. This poem has been explained by many explanations, including: the explanation of Sheikh Ali Al-Kurdi (he was alive in the year 1000 AH), which he called "Shifaa Al-Talibeen". This study aimed to make the book available to researchers and those interested in the poetry of praise of the Prophet, as well as to introduce Sheikh Al-Busiri, Sheikh Ali Al-Kurdi and his era, and his approach in commenting on the poem. This study relied on three written copies: the copy of Nour Osmaniye Library, the copy of Hafez Effendi Library, and the copy of Hassan Hosni Pasha Library in Turkey. The study followed the steps of the historical descriptive approach when studying the author's era and his personal and scientific life, and the scientific method in investigation and commentary in studying the manuscript and attributing what he referred to by returning to the appropriate sources. The conclusions of the study were as follows: The author wanted in his book a brief explanation of the poem Al-Burdah, as he started with an introduction to the poem, the reason for its composition, then he mentioned the reason for calling it Al-Burdah. He divided it into ten chapters, and after that he proceeded with the explanation, so he mentions the verse, then explains its vocabulary, then the syntax of the verse, then the quotient of the meaning, and the sheikh He adheres to this division in all his explanations. He discusses some issues without lengthening, and Al-Kurdi's explanation includes some benefits, comments on issues in hadith and belief. He mentioned the commentators' sayings, and a statement of his opinion on them, as well as his comments on rhetorical and presentation issues, The author also mentions the opinions of Issam al-Din ibn Arabzadeh and Sheikh Jalal al-Din al-Mahalli in his book. He comments on them, The commentator was distinguished by explaining the degrees of hadith, and discussing those who accuse Al-Busiri of adopting fabricated hadiths in some of the meanings of his poem. He excelled in all that was presented, which reflects a high scientific level, and his ability in the sciences of Arabic and Sharia sciences.
