Abstract (EN)
In order to manage combating substance addiction, the struggle must be pursued with a holistic approach. The process of struggle includes; protective and preventive servicing, the prevention of re-use of the substance after the treatment and rehabilitation processes and restoring the social adaptation to the social life. So for to be succeeding in this struggle, all sections of the society including public institutions and organizations must be participate of the process. The purpose of this study is to analyse methods to combat substance addiction, implementations, of non-governmental organization as an important participatory in the struggle substance addiction. Also evaluate encountered problems, deficiencies, achievement of non-governmental organization. In this study, qualitative research methods have been used. For this aim depth interviews were conducted with the representatives of eight non-governmental organization operating in the field of combating addiction. In conclusion, public institutions, local governments and non-governmental organization shall be more successful in combating substance addiction through to work together and produce joint projects.
