Abstract (EN)

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancer types in the world. Although a lot of studies have been done about the development and the progression of breast cancer, the exact cause of the issue is not known exactly. In various studies it has been reported that angiogenesis mechanisms are important in cancer development and invasion and for cancer growth and progression, angiogenesis mechanisms should be activated. It has also been reported that in addition to anti chemotherapeutic treatment, anti angiogenic treatment usage is effective for the prevention on the tumor progression. The aim of this study was to investigate the evaluation of the pathways in the mechanisms of angiogenesis and in addition to anti-chemotherapeutic (paclitaxel) to anti-angiogenic treatment (thalidomide and propranolol) in the breast cancer cell lines which are differents with regard to invasion (MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 ), by using immunohistochemical and ultrastructural methods. After opening under suitable conditions the transported to the laboratory in cold chain cells were reproduced in RPMI-1640 medium with 10% FBS, 1% L-Glutamine, 1% antibiotic, including 5% CO2 in a 37?C humid incubator. When the cells which are continue to culture reached a sufficient level, drugsis
