In this research the effects of biographic features in terms of reaching its targets of the benefits of Guidance Programme that is presented to the students in the secondary education have been searched.This research is composed of five main parts which are introduction, Related Literature, Method, Findings, Comment and Result, Debate and Recommendations. The extent of the research is applied to the students attended in secondary school in Pendik in İstanbul.Totaly 371 students chosen by random from state High Schools, Vocational Schools and Anatolian High Schools participated in the researchIn this research, Personal Information Form and the scale improved by the researcher has been used. By using the datum gained and Independent Samples Test, Non-Parametric Mann Whitney-U Test, Variant Analysis with one direction (ANOVA) and Non-Parametric Kraskal Wallis?H Test, the relation between variables have been tried to ascertained.In the research, as a result, significant differences have been found according to sex variable in the field of educational succes sufficiency; according to class-level variable family and community, safe and healthy life, self-acceptance, communication among individuals, educatıonal and conventional development; according to school type variable in the fields of sufficiency in harmony with school and environment family and community, safe and healthy life, in the fields of educational and conventional development sufficiency, according to the variable of mother?s being death or alive, in the field of communication among individuals sufficiency, according to the variable of mother?s and father?s being together ın the fields of family and community, educational success, safe and healthy life, according to the variable of the number of family members, in the field of educational success sufficiency, according to the education level of mother, in the field of educational and conventional development, according to the variable of the education level of father in the field of education and conventional development, sufficiency according to variable of attending to a course and study center in the fields of safe and healthy life, self-acceptance, educational and conventional development harmony with school and environment sufficiency
