Examining the relation between perceived of secondary education teachers organizational culture level and organizational confidence level(Sample of İstanbul city and Pendik district)

This research has been carried out to look into the relationship between perceived of secondary education teachers organizational culture level and organizational confidence level. The population of this research are the 29 secondary education managers and teachers in Pendik, İstanbul, in the Academic year 2012-2013. The research sample of teachers working in these schools randomly be determined by the sampling method consisted of 301 people. Research data was collected by using "Organizational Confidence Scale" and "Organizational Culture Inventory" and "Personal Information Form". In the first part of the scale consists of three sections of personal information, in the second part, 47 organizational attitudes expressed confidence measure, in the third part, in order to measure organizational culture 37 expression of evaluation has been given. Scale obtained from the coded data was analyzed with the help of SPSS package program. Scale of the first chapter on the data concerning the frequency and percentage distributions were taken, students' attitudes and perceptions in order to determine the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, attitude differences between revealed to binary comparisons "t" test, more than two sets of variables were compared, one-way analysis of variance was used. Opinions as to whether a significant difference between α=0.05 significance level was tested. Also Pearson correlation analysis is used to determine associative connections. The findings of this research are as follows: 1.Organizational confidence of secondary education teachers has not been significantly different when the variables, such as gender, age, marital status, education level, frequency to read, taken into consideration. 2.A significant difference has seen between the groups of secondary education teachers' organizational confidence scores, according to seniority, work periods and the use of the internet. 3. A significiant difference hasn't seen between the groups of secondary education teachers'organizational culture scale scores according to their ' age, marital status, seniority,province, education level, duration of working in schools, Internet usage and their reading scores. 4.A significant difference was observed between teachers' organizational culture scale scores according to the gender, task, variable. 5. To determine relationship between organizational confidence and the organizational culture, as a result of pearson correlation analysis, the relation between the scores was found meaningful in the negative way.
