Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, 20 patients were used diagnosed with esophageal cancer; 20 patients were diagnosed with pelvic cancer and brain tumors located in the glioblastome multifor (GBM ), treatment plans were perfomed using VMAT, IMRT and 3DRT techniques and the obtained results of critical organs were compared in terms of the different treatment techniques. Plans were made for the target volume according to 100 % of the described dose receives the 95 % of the target volume. CT slices were examined for each technique ensured not to occur cold or hot areas in the target volume and volume histograms ( DVH ) were evaluated. Thus compared receiving doses of critical organs Near critical organs lungs, heart, spinal cord were examined for esophageal patients. IMRT technique is found better at a low dose regions of the lungs, and VMAT technique is found better for the other critical organs evaluation. Rectal, bladder and bowel dose were examined and were found to be better than the VMAT technique for diagnosed Serviks Ca patients. Also brain stem, optical chiasma, right optical nerve and left optical nerve were examined for GBM patients. Although VMAT technique has advantage for this kind of patients groups, IMRT technique has more advantage than 3DRT technique.
