Cyber technology based on new concept in the context of international security strategy for Turkey's cyber security

Cyber space has become an all-encompassing impact, from economics to trade, from fun to health, from communication to transportation, from politics to defense, from individual transaction to global transaction, from business processes to state-level services. It inevitably essential to ensure the security of this space and the cyber tecnologies of this space, which become a space where almost all processes and prodecure are transferred. The recent increase in the development of cyber weapons and use of this weapons against the wide range of from individuals to states, has imposed the necessity of ensuring the security of cyber space at the level of indviduals and states. The damage caused by cyber attacks causes significant problems at both the individual and state level. Therefore, it is important to increase awareness of the individual, which is the weakest link of the cyber security, give importance to cyber security at the level of states and defended by states. Goverments around the World have begun the include the importance of cyber security, their own ccyber security strategy documents to their policies. Considering that in the coming years, cyber attacks and cyber wars will increase due to technological developments, the importance of the cyber defense units, cyber security strategy documents and adequate human awareness is celarly seen. In this context, Cyber Space, Cyber Attacks, Cyber Conflicts, Cyber Security Problem and Cyber Security Strategies in the World, and finally Turkey's National Cyber Security Strategies/Policies which are emerging as new field in this period of globalization and technology, are the subjects of this study.
