Abstract (EN)
In this study, Thomas Hobbes' views on ethics and politics in his general philosophy were analyzed. Our study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction, we gave brief information about Hobbes' life, works and philosophy. In the first part, we included Hobbes' views on human nature, state of nature and natural laws. In the second part, we examined political philosophy within the framework of the concept of contract. In the third part, we tried to put forward Hobbes' understanding of morality by focusing on the sources of morality and moral principles.
