IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. As a result of statistical analysis, 77.3% of our patients had poor sleep quality. 68.2% of our participants were in the inactive group. A significant correlation was found between BMI and IPAQ total MET values (p=0.001). A significant correlation was found between the presence of menopausal status and the IIQ-7 total score (p=0.014). No correlation was found between postmenopausal weight change and UDI-6 total score (p>0.05). A significant difference was found between the I-QOL total score and the PUKI sleep quality groups (p=0.003). As a result, significant relationships were found between urinary incontinence and quality of life, sleep quality and physical activity level in overweight or obese women with urinary incontinence complaints. In line with treatment goals, an approach with a multidisciplinary team according to the biopsychosocial model will increase the success rate of treatment in overweight or obese women with urinary incontinence complaints.
