Abstract (EN)

Since the end of the 3rd millennium BC tribal society and the state reached the final stage, the Assyrian Empire State, has a unique structure. Theorists assert that as of states, political structure, various internal and external factors in the change is effective. Periodic of State Assur a given different factors to achieve the degree of development is important. Foundation as the first step to victory is important. Indeed, an important element at play is Assur nomadic character. Then in the early Assyrian and Middle Assyrian period, especially in the trade as well as to victory in the foreground is more understandable. The regional state level is reached with I.Samsi-Adad?la and characteristics of the state slowly begins to emerge. In particular, Salmanassar I, Tiglath-Pileser I and also Tukulti-Ninurta period laid the foundation of the empire is beginning to. Period features, the policies and practices to deal with the king, depending on the periodic decline in the verse, the Assyrian State, 1st millennium BC, the so-called New Assyrian Empire in the process of entering and started with Assur-Nasirpal II, with Tiglath-Pileser III and Sargon II improve the on going imperialist empire ideology begins. Empire dissemination; political, economic and ideological is to see in almost every field. In addition to ensuring a more advanced military success is established a permanent army. In summary, then society Assur state will take to process elements in the empire, and to top military and political capability of the king, and the periodic application of the policy depends on the development.Key Words: Assyrian, Assyrians, Urartian, Urartians, Sargon II, Tiglath-Pileser III, Assyrian Resources, Assyrian King Annals.
