Abstract (EN)
When we look at the thesis from a general point of view, we touched on the economic activities and policies of the 1950s in the first part of the thesis so that we can better understand the economic policies of the 1960s. In the second part, the planned development implemented in the 1960s and economic policies due to this planned development were discussed. In the third part, the development of the sectors in the planned period was examined. All three chapters were discussed with the support of tables.
