Abstract (EN)
In this study, the applicability of more suitable alternative methods in terms of road, time and cost was investigated by evaluating the tools, methods and costs used for transportation of the samples collected from patients from the Family Health Centers (FHC) in the central and nearby regions to the research laboratories. Theory of innovative problem solving (TRIZ) was used to identify and solve the problems in transportation. Our problem was transformed into TRIZ problem, worsening features were determined according to improving features and solutions were produced by using the appropriate principles from 40 creative principles in the 39x39 contradictions matrix. Firstly, as the result of the obtained principles for the solution, it has been determined that the most appropriate solution for the transportation of the samples to the laboratories is the use of a Drone. The distance among 20 FHC and laboratories was calculated. Sabuncuoğlu Şerefettin Training and Research Hospital (Laboratory-1), Public Health Laboratories of the Provincial Directorate of Health (Laboratory-2) and the distance among the 20 FHCs, the highest peak on the road route, Laboratory and FHC altitudes were determined and the distances to be used were determined. Secondly, the solutions of the problems arising from the use of Drones in the process of collecting the samples taken from the patients from the FHCs in the central and nearby regions were discussed. The alternatives to increase the efficiency of the Drone use were determined by the solution suggestions obtained by using Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ). The cost analysis was carried out by comparing the transportation using the Drone and the transportation using the carrier vehicle. Keywords : TRIZ, Drone, Health Service
