Socioeconomic And in the 13-18 age Basic Family Relations Substance Abuse in Young Families Substance abuse and dependence is one of the basic medical and sociological unresolved problem from past to present that impact the societies regardless of it's economical, sociological and cultural structure. Substance dependence is a problem that impact not only the individual's physiology but also it has some negative results like economical, sociological, forensic and pshycologicaly. Teenage (13-18) is a risky population to substance abuse that age of onset to substance use is getting fall and depicts parallelism to it's frequency in our country similarly in the world. In this period, the teenager is affected by his/her family , friends , social media ,hang out places ,environmental factors. This study is carried out to obtain more information about recent and up-to-dated status of substance addict in Polatlı province which reflects the Anatolia's properties as a civilisation center of the globalized world which communication and cognitive concepts are quite dense and easy to reach.114 of total 527 students were identified as substance addict. 70 of them addicted to smoking ,41 addicted to alcohol and 25 of them addicted to volatiles and others, 33 remain have been found unidentified what substances they use. After completing rewiev of references. we prepared a questionaire including relevant questions on this issue to apply in the field. After questionaire ,we used SPSS packed - program to make analysis.The results of analysis were explained in the section of findings .The evaluation of analysis results which has been done under the light of literature rewiev were explained in the conclution section. When we make an evaluation it can be seen that our results depict resemblance to other studies on same issue in our country. Although it is seen the beginning age to substance usage falls to 10 in a survey performed by TUBİM in 2014 in our country,actually concentrates in the 14-15 age group. The individuals have tendency to onset of substance use is high in our country who grown up in low income level, not searching solutions to troubles, uninterested families.
