The deep view of the world in this world and the similar/different extremes of the Covid-19 epidemic, which has many negative effects on people, were mentioned and a general analysis was carried out for the boundaries between the consuming Covid-19 and the use of technology. With the Likert-type survey measurements we developed based on this scope, information on technology usage of individuals during the pandemic period was collected. In the evaluations made in the survey evaluations; It was observed that the length of stay at home with groups of isolations increased the children's interest in technology (48%). As a natural result of this, education through distance education during the pandemic process has increased the time people spend in front of computers, phones and tablets. The continuation of the process led to an increase in online shopping (53%), mobile banking application usage (37%), internet usage amount (65%), and social dissemination times (48%). In addition, the survey data were analyzed and discussed with the T test and ANOVA test according to variables such as gender, education level, and marital status. Based on the results obtained and similar research results in the literature, some results are expected in order to overcome the negative effects on the use of technology and people in a healthy way for the pandemic process and after. As a result, the rules to be considered during the pandemic process should be followed, regular exercises should be done, social activities should be developed and implemented.
