Fransa'da 2015 Terör Saldırılarının ardından göçün güvenlikleştirilmesi: Fransız gazetelerinin analizi

Securitization is a subject which have gained momentum in Political Sciences and International Relations discipline recently as a result of the transformation in global politics and power balances after the Cold War. While realist security issues focused on solely military security or national security issues since the 1950's, critical school theorists have taken the issue to another realm: They suggested that the security issues must be broaden and widen and shouldn't be limited only by "tangible threats". So, after 1990's by the end of Cold War era, speech act-based securitization debates such as "securitization of migration" or in common use migration have been started to be reviewed above all other security subjects in the world academic and media. This thesis will analyze the relations between migrants, migrant policies and terrorism discourses within the frame of securitization studies based on the articles which are published in mass circulated French newspapers after the terrorist attacks of January and November,2015 in France. Therefore, the opinions and articles will be discussed both quantitative and qualitative content analysis ground reference to the securitization theory of Copenhagen School speech act framework.
