Prophet Muhammed?s ta?if journey at the notification efforts

Our thesis subject is Prophet Muhammed's journey to Ta?if; one of the first things that comes to mind when the Prophet Muhammad's notification efforts and the encountered difficulties on this path is said. In the introductory section of our study, the Ta?if city and Thaqif tribe are examined to understand Prophet Muhammed's reasons to choose Ta?if to invite to Islam, in aspects of socio-cultural, political, economical and religional.In the first chapter of the thesis, which is consists of two main parts, historical conditions requiring a trip to Ta?if for Prophet Muhammed and Ta?if trip are explained. Prophet Muhammed's notification efforts in Ta?if and suffered hardships in this cause have been revealed with the support of the historical datas.In the second chapter is examined the events that occured on the return from Ta?if. The firstly, Jinns to listen to Quran and to become Muslim, in generally acceptation that the event occured on the return from Ta?if, discussed in the light of the Quran and Hadith and assessed with historical reports. Then the subject of return to Mecca, again in line with historical reports have been described and interpreted. The study have been concluded by conducting a general assessment.
