Abstract (EN)

The aim of this search is to analyse the education program of the class guidance in the primary schools according to the teachers? opinions and is to search the convenience of the program to the constructivist approach. The research has been done with 302 state and private primary schools teachers who work in Şişli area European side of Istanbul. The data that had been collected for research has been analysed by SPSS packet program. In this research, for determining sufficiency of classroom counselling teachers of schools; sufficiency of classroom counselling teachers were examined according to variables such as teachers sex, marital status and institution of the studies.In this research the data has been collected by a scale questionnaire called ?practices of classroom consultancy of primary schools teachers.? The teachers were visited in their schools and the questionnaires were applied by face-to-face discussion, and some important points were explained to them. The questionnaire form consists of 34 questions. The ?a practice of classroom consultancy of primary school teachers? scale which was used in the research consists of four sub factors. The data was commented by doing percentage and Cross table test.As a result of the research, according to sex variable woman guidance counsellors are having difficulties in lack of equipment and in activity format they need to motivate students more without having any difficulty with the parents of students. Finally, in evaluation format it was observed that students think that they can evaluate their information structures and meanings. In marital status format married guidance counsellors are better in motivating students in constructivist approach than single guidance counsellors. It has been thought that the number of students in classroom is suitable for processing classes. In operation format, it is not inadequate of participation of students and workers due to lack of motivation.According to the variable in the school examination for teachers working in private schools, the teachers working in schools, according to the official, the constructivist approach is sufficient time to achieve gains in achievement in the program and the size of the tool-making it harder to achieve gains in the lack of thought have been identified in the program. In addition, the position of the school, students and parents is not suitable for achieving gains in socio-economic structure, the size of the event that there is a problem with the parents thinks about other events and activities have been identified.
