The concept of coexistence culture with its sociological dimensions from the example of İstanbul

In this research, considering the scientific accumulation and working concepts of the sociology of culture and religion, different religious and religious groups who have been residing for many years in Istanbul, which has hosted different civilizations for centuries and constituted an important source of pluralistic social structure, or migrated to this city for various reasons, continued their lives. It is aimed to examine the concept of coexistence culture with its sociological dimensions, based on ethnic elements. Istanbul has succeeded in keeping its differences alive in every aspect of social and daily life and in an environment of solid tolerance in which it interacts in many ways. Because Istanbul is an important historical and cultural center that was built with a pluralistic understanding and enriches the differences with its unique contributions. In this context, the philosophical and sociological foundations of the concept of living together culture were examined and the interview and historical documentation technique, which is among the qualitative research methods, was applied to the participants from different religious and ethnic affiliations living in Istanbul.
