Individuals were divided into two groups by simple randomization method and one group underwent deep tissue massage and william flexion exercises. The other group was given only William flexion exercises. The study, which was given 8 sessions 2 days a week with a physiotherapist and as a home program on other days, lasted a total of 4 weeks. The study on exercise and massage groups showed a significant decrease in pain levels (p<0.05), a significant increase in quality of life, lumbar extensor muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength levels (p<0.05).
