Small and medium-sized enterprises state incentive certificates of rain effects on production and employment- the case of Turkey-

The SME?s constitutions have been explored by severeal researhers due to their flexible structures and the roles they undertook. In generla of these explores, economical matter have been handed and some solution ways have been tried to find.Encouraging precautions are applied to cultivate states? economical and social and territorial levek, to eliminate differences between peace levels, to increase rivalry at out-trade, to enable economical growth and devrease unemployment.In this study the effects of urging documents on accomodation and production and between the years productiun and between the years 2000-2009 with urging documents, investment encouragement amount and the number of accomodation and GDP and accomodation data were gained so that correlation analysis technics relations were tried to explanied.İn the 1st part, Small And Middle Structured İnstitutions and İnvestment Encouragement Document concepts have been taken into consideration, Small And Middle Structured İnstitutions historical development has been studied and SME?s place in economy is mentioned. In the 2nt part investment, accomodation GDP consepts are studied and the relation of them with aech other are searched. In the 3rd part state?s treasure, Turkey statistics constitution, OECD, Turkish Republic, CEntre Bank?s formal web pages that indude data pages, provided Investment İncentive Certificates, Accomodation GDP datas are tried examineon SPSS Programme, they are analyzed and so the relation among them are studied.
