Abstract (EN)
The thesis study named sustainable innovative architectural design model consists of three parts. The first and second chapters will be prepared as a literature review, and the conceptual explanations of sustainability and innovation and architectural reflections will be discussed in an explanatory way. In the third and last part; A sample study will be prepared for a design that will be located in the city center of Amasya. In the first part of the third section; Energy calculations of the mass determined by the approximate design dimensions and heights prepared in the autodesk formlt program were made. In the second part of this section, the parameters that affect the design were determined along with the predictions created in the İnlght 360 program and it was examined how much it responds to the energy need. In the last part, it will be investigated how the pv panel installation created by using renewable energy sources will affect the structure. The project, which was examined in line with Ashrae criteria and bım standards, was re-consulted with a mechanical engineer and electrical engineer in our city, and a sustainable marketable innovative model was created close to zero energy architecture.
