In the first part of my study, I have started to explain personal and personal rights according to the decisions by doctrine and judicial decisions in order to explain in more detail of the concept of private life. Then, I wanted to explain the scope and content of the private life and the limits of Turkish law especially pursuant to the decisions of Supreme Courts. At the second part of my study, I've studied how the private life has been evolved according to the international law and the aspect of Turkish Law to the private law and how it affected other branches of law. At the third part, in other words, at the last section: I've researched the crimes of the private life stated at the Turkish Penal Code according to the decisisions of the Court of Cassation.
