Abstract (EN)
This study titled "A Study on Child Songs in the Turkish Maqam Music" has been tried to examine the existing songs of the children composed with the Turkish Maqam Music. TRT, İTÜ TMDK archives and libraries, as well as thesis data page of YÖK on the internet. In the first chapter, the thesis purpose, method is explained. In the second chapter titled "General Features of the Children Songs", children's music is addressed. In the third chapter children's songs composed in Turkish Maqam Music are discussed. In the last section, conclusions and evaluations are included.
