Abstract (EN)

Globalization, development of finacial markets and management, gradual increase in the number of international companies and development of capital markets have leaded to the need of preparing safer and comparible finacial statement in addition to the Standards of International Finance Reporting. National and International Companies have been strengthening their compatitive capacity by preparing their finacial statements according to International Finance Reporting and Accountancy Standards. Existing countries collect taxes from national and international companies using the laws based on their national tax system. While International Finance Reporting and Accountancy Standarts are revealing the rules for financial reporting and registration, tax regulations reveal tax rules. The difference between the aims of International Finance Reporting and the aims of tax rules has an effect on the reporting of the calculation of the taxes based on companies' winnings. Reflecting the taxes which are defined according to Tax Rules, and which are to be paid to the government, with the tax expenditures which are defined according to Accountancy Standards to the financial statements at the same time is only possible by financial reporting of deferred tax. Keywords; Accounting and supervision, UFRS, Independent audit.
