Abstract (EN)
In this research, the effects of the shift work system on the work stress and anxiety level of employees are examined with the reaction of the employees themselves and, thus, results are being tried to reach. Accordingly, in the first part of the study, the shift work system is assessed in favor of businesses and employers with its positive and negative characteristics. In particular, the negative effects of the shift work system on health issues are addressed. In the second part of the work, the working systems are examined from various perspectives and the types of work are examined and their effects on the working individuals are evaluated. In the last part of the study, stressors and anxieties of the participants who work in shifts at an airport in Istanbul are measured.
