Abstract (EN)
The industrial revolution sparked the creation of methods that could execute specific jobs by imitating human power for various industries and sectors. This was made possible by the machines that were created expressly for use in factories. A step further than this, a new era has begun with the development of smart machines, which are motivated by human intelligence but have far faster processing speeds. While it will take some time for robots to perfectly resemble humans, it is easy to predict that these technologies will eventually outperform human intelligence and develop to higher levels. A robot of the future will be a thing that can think and act like a human, that is not constrained by human limitations and emotional gaps, that is not worn out, and that is capable of making more unbiased decisions. It is now crucial to restructure ethical norms inside the system and align autonomous systems with ethical principles as a result of the use of artificial intelligence applications in society. To ensure that autonomous systems act ethically, a model of ethical control was developed in the study using a number of methodologies and techniques. The model's goal is to make it possible for autonomous systems to make judgments that respect individual rights and ethical principles. The ethical control model, which consists of six steps, reveals obligations on the use of personal data and responses to potential violations in order to reduce the hazards that artificial intelligence could provide. The model consists of the steps of defining the system's characteristics, seeing potential ethical issues, running a risk analysis, deciding on ethical guidelines, testing the system, and reevaluating the system. The model's goal is to guarantee that artificial intelligence-based systems operate morally. The model has identified unrevealed ethical principles that raise social concerns regarding artificial intelligence and has examined how they should be handled in the creation of autonomous systems. By specifically addressing the ethical issues that may come from autonomous systems and giving support for the appropriate rules, the model, which is a multidisciplinary study, will be a significant step in overcoming the issues and disparities that result from ethical dilemmas.
