Abstract (EN)

For the first time in the history of the Republic, the Presidency of Religious Affairs has started to carry out religious education activities for this critical period, which has a vital importance on the child, under an institutional roof with the Quran Courses aged 4-6. In the 4-6 age period, the foundations of religious development and formation are laid. The first childhood period, which is also called pre-school period, is considered as the "critical period" of human life in terms of physical, cognitive and psycho-social aspects. Due to the importance of the period the child is in, the Quran courses in the 4-6 age group have been determined as the subject area. It was tried to be handled in the context of educational elements with a holistic approach. In this framework, the administrative structure, physical condition, learning teaching process of the 4-6 age group Kur'an courses have been tried to be identified and evaluated through interviews with the instructors working in the field and interacting with all of the educational elements. In the research, it was determined that 4-6 years old Kur'an Courses were put into practice without making the necessary infrastructure work, and there were some deficiencies in the administrative structure, physical condition and learning-teaching process.
