The effect of the changes in the working conditions to relation of work

It is absolutely a reality that working life is continuously in a change and innovation. Working markets which are not stable and increase their line gradually, reguires this. In such an environment, it will also be important that employees and employers who are important subject of working life are affected by the changes. In fact the employee who has weak conditions and who is responsible for the enterprise must have profit for the production. Moreover,the poor condition of the employee who works both phsically and physcologically and survives with the salary paid by the employer needs to be protected against the changes of the working life.Law Maker which includes changes and problems of working life adds a very important innovation to our legislation with 22nd article of Working Law numbered 4857. According to this article, the change which is about the required changes of the working relations between the employee and employer is bounded to a procedure. With this relation, employers will not be able to change anything when they want and they have to obey 22nd article of the Law. Unlike that, the change which they will do is not interested by the employee and they are also subject to law as a result of this situation. In our thesis study called ?The Effect of the Changes in the Working Conditions to the relation of Work? the changes which are required , the procedure of change and results of change on working relation are studied.
