It is found that the most important expectations of the disabled people and their families are 15,5% for financial contribution, 12,2% for helping to find a job, and 50,0% for facilitating access to health services. Conclusion It is determined that the rate of the disablement is more in under-educated group, the chronicle diseases are frequent and another important problem of the area is relative marriage. Genetic consultancy and consultancy services for chronic diseases should be provided by educated personnel to the people of the region. It is important to educate the disabled in the province, to access the health institutions and benefit from rehabilitation services for all the disabled people. This means that important duties are charged to health and social security institutions
